Radiation therapy (RT) is one of the main methods treatment malignant tumors. More than 70% patients with tumors various localizations require RT as part their combination treatment. Cutaneous reactions can occur in up to 95% during or after Clinically, cutaneous radiation are manifested by hyperemia, edema, burning and itching skin, which cause significant discomfort reduce quality life, especially if these processes localized on exposed parts body. Also some together used antitumor drugs, which, turn, increases frequency skin toxicity worsens clinical picture. Timely detection above symptoms, adequate comprehensive use basic care products significantly eliminate manifestations. This article presents experience using La Roche-Posay radiotherapy chemoradiotherapy (the gave informed consent for publication observations).
